Welcome

Accessibility.

Last updated August 2026.

We want everyone to be able to eat with us comfortably. Here is what the room is actually like, so you can judge for yourself rather than find out on the night.

In the restaurant

  • Entry is step-free from South Street.
  • Restrooms are accessible.
  • The dining room seats forty and is intimate by design, so spacing between tables is close. Tell us if you need extra room for a wheelchair or walker and we will hold a table that suits.
  • Parking is on-street along South Street with a municipal lot one block away; valet runs on select weekends.
  • Service animals are welcome.
  • Lighting is deliberately low in the evening. We keep large-print menus and a torch at the host stand — just ask.

Dietary needs and allergens

Tell us when you book and remind your server when you sit. Much of the kitchen is made to order, and most dry pasta and any pizza can be prepared gluten-free. Our kitchen does handle gluten, dairy, shellfish and nuts, so we cannot promise an allergen-free preparation — we will always tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.

On this website

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, visible focus states, text that meets AA contrast against its background, alternative text on meaningful images, a keyboard-usable menu, and full respect for the reduced motion setting — turn it on and the animation stops.

Accessibility is never finished. If something here gets in your way, we would genuinely like to know, and we will fix it.
