What to know before you book.

How many guests can Stellina host for a private event?

Our largest standard table seats up to 10. For larger gatherings we offer semi-private dining for up to 16 guests, and full restaurant buy-outs for up to 40 — the whole forty-seat room, closed just for you.

What kinds of private events do you host?

Rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners and off-sites, holiday gatherings, and celebrations of life. Whatever the occasion, the kitchen cooks it with the same care we bring to every service.

How do I book a private event?

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions for a group?

Yes. Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you plan your event and the kitchen will build a menu that works for your whole party — including gluten-free-friendly, vegetarian, and vegan options.

Do you offer custom or prix-fixe menus for private dining?

We do. We plan a menu with you — from a set family-style spread to a multi-course tasting — drawn from our seasonal Italian kitchen and a wine list of more than 200 selections.

Is there space for corporate dinners near Oyster Bay?

Yes. Stellina Ristorante at 76 South Street in Oyster Bay hosts corporate dinners and off-sites in our semi-private section (up to 16) or as a full buy-out (up to 40), an easy drive from Locust Valley, Cold Spring Harbor, and the wider North Shore.
