Where Italian tradition meets the table.
Stellina is small by design — forty seats, a menu that follows the market, and a kitchen led by Chef Fabrizio Facchini. We cook the way he cooks for his family: carefully, with real ingredients, and with time.
What’s cooking.

Forty seats.
No second acts.
One service, done carefully. Wood fire in the oven, candlelight on the table, and a kitchen close enough that you can hear the pans. Italy, as it’s meant to feel.

Chef Fabrizio Facchini.
Trained across Italy and featured in the Michelin Italy Guide since 2012, Fabrizio brings decades of kitchen craft to a small room on South Street. He cooks what he would serve his family — carefully, honestly, without theater.

Wildly fantastic. I had the mussels in white sauce and some German pilsner. The staff is exceptionally cordial and personable. The affordability/price of this spot really surprised me. Absolute date night master piece for the town or just an easy time out with friends.

This was easily one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment we sat down, everything felt intentional — from the presentation to the pacing to the balance of flavors across every dish. We started with a crispy pane carasau paired with a creamy cheese and fresh arugula. The contrast in textures was perfect — light, airy crunch against rich, smooth cheese with just enough freshness on top to keep it from feeling heavy. The fried appetizer over tomato sauce was another standout. Perfectly golden on the outside with a soft, flavorful interior, sitting on a bright, slightly tangy sauce that tied everything together. Simple dish, executed at a very high level. The citrus and fennel salad was incredibly refreshing — clean, vibrant, and a great palate reset between courses. You can tell they understand how to layer a meal, not just serve dishes. For mains, the margherita pizza was exceptional. The crust had that ideal balance of chew and crisp with a slight char, and the sauce leaned slightly tangy in a really good way — very reminiscent of high-quality pies you’d find in Italy. The seafood pasta was loaded and flavorful, with perfectly cooked shellfish and a sauce that actually complemented instead of overpowering. The creamy pasta (looked like a cacio e pepe style) was rich, comforting, and done right — not overly heavy, just smooth and well-balanced. Dessert sealed the deal. Light, sweet, and beautifully presented — the kind of ending that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the last few bites instead of rushing through it. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a place you’d want to come back to, not just try once. Easily a 5-star experience. Every dish felt thoughtful, balanced, and well-executed. This is the kind of spot that reminds you why dining out is worth it.

Stellina Ristorante is honestly one of the best places to go. The vibe inside is so warm and comfortable and the staff is so amazing. Everyone is so kind, attentive, and just makes you feel at home the second you come in. The food is always incredible. I loveee their pizza, it’s always the perfect mix of crispy and flavorful. And the calamari? Easily some of the best. I’m obsessed. Great people, great food, great atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend Stellina more!

Two kinds of pasta, and why we keep both
Dry pasta from Gragnano and fresh pasta rolled here each morning. They are two different ingredients, and the menu treats them that way.

The oven does more than pizza
The wood oven is the loudest thing in the kitchen and it is not only making pizza. The meatballs, the veal chop and half the sides go through it too.
